@clementd yeah I’m halfway to that anyways with a pour over setup and kind of went what actually is the difference that makes one taste like gym socks and one delicious

@clementd interesting, I usually rinse the v60 with hot water before I brew. Now I’m going to have to test to see if that does make a difference!

this has repeatedly saved my bacon when working with other people's cmake configurations: cmake -LAH lists all the defined variables, including advanced variables, and their default values

    The dudes who are meant to be sealing my building’s foundation are… powerwashing it first. Wondering if there’s just something I’m missing or how on earth they expect to dry it in order to seal everything, since as far as I know sealers usually have to be applied to dry concrete 🤔

    @lzg that… seems a reasonable purpose for a spare apartment, having a storefront or renting space in a co-op for that kind of thing would probably be pretty hard
