@georgetakei Without the fulfillment of the law and a conviction, we're still stuck in a situation where reasonable people call it an insurrection and irrational people call it tourism. But once Smith's case (or Willis' case) is proven, he can be disqualified. Otherwise, without the legal foundation, anyone could say someone is a traitor and disqualify them.
