The Wizard's Vault update is quite bland this time if you don't own Secrets of the Obscure. Before you could unlock a cosmetic thing or two on every account type but this time around you're limited to practical stuff only.
Looked a bit at how the Wizard's Vault works and it looks like there maybe will be a "legacy currency" you will have to buy with Astral Acclaim in order to get items from the Legacy rewards tab.
@that_shaman It could be that there will be Legacy items that cost more than 1300AA (or whatever the AA capacity is at the time), while the legacy currency will have a higher (or unlimited) capacity.
A few months in and I still don't recall what the new character select screen music sounds like, the buildup is so quiet I tend to forget it even has music
They only added 4 different mini dungeons to the entire daily roster (Vasburg Armory, Vexa's Lab, Valdhertz Crypts, Spirit Vestibulee and the Long Way Around) and one of these got removed because of bugs so we keep getting these over and over for now.
@that_shaman They probably ran out of dev time for the WV/SotO's launch. Hopefully in the seasonal updates every 3 months, they eventually add the entire game's content to the WV.
Look it really isn't that complicated, if someone asks you "I need your help in Maguuma" just go to the Maguuma Jungle.. or the Maguuma Wastes.. or the Heart of Maguuma.. or the Maguuma WvW server.. or if you still haven't found your friend after an hour try the Horn of Maguuma!
Emphasis on "could indicate". I expected this to be part of Gyala's tunnel update back then but the water is still fixed in this map. We'll only know if it actually is what it appears to be at launch or if it just means fishing spots are no longer tied to the water level at best
@that_shaman They already did this I think. In the Windswept Haven guild hall, there are fishing holes, even though the water isn't deep enough to summon a skiff in, or to have our character switch to underwater mode.
