I took a blood test that said I was very deficient in vitamin d. Then I took vitamin d supplements for 1 year, and took another blood test saying it improved so much. Also my doctor had prescribed me a few extra strength vitamin d pills and they made me poop. I think the vitamin d pills worked for me.
