@madmaxbln I’ve only had it for 48 hours so it’s a little too early to draw conclusions but so far I enjoy it very much. It does all I need and more than that. Plus, I really like its aesthetics which matters a lot to me.

@passim Rancilio also seems like a great brand making beautiful machines! Strictly speaking mine isn’t a dual boiler. It’s a dual thermoblock. True espresso enthusiasts drown upon that but is great for my needs.

Incredibly stoked that I managed to make a chai latte with steamed milk on the new espresso machine. And even on my first try! 😃

Silky smooth milk with chai latte powder in a steaming mug. The video then transition to show the chai latte poured into a glass.

@jeff I see. I’m not yet sure what I’ll end up doing. It heats up pretty fast so I don’t need it to be on all the time. On the other hand, it’s a thermoblock system with standby, so it doesn’t use a lot of power.

This bug frustrates me. As I scroll, the text selection moves correctly but is misaligned once the scrolling stops. Text selection is split between UITextInteraction and my UITextInput conformance, which I've validated as correct. Previously, I worked around this issue and I can do it again, but it's unclear if I’m using the APIs in an unsupported way or if it’s a UITextInteraction bug common to all text editors.

@knutknatter @lextar @steveshepard I think you’re right. I’ll try to move to a setup that’s a mix of yours and mine and closer to UITextView’s. I still want my UIScrollView to conform to UITextInput but then have my textInputView property return a subview of the scroll view rather than the scroll view itself. I think that’ll solve the issue but I have yet to test it.

Would have loved to meet at WWDC but didn’t get a ticket 😔 Next year! 🤞
