also eSIMs are a mistake for your primary phone number - making your phone number beholden to an app?? bad idea, good for burner/travel numbers though

@decryption I can’t get on board with passkeys until there’s a way to migrate them.
I’d use 1Password for now, but not being able to move them to Bitwarden or iCloud when they cross a line that makes me quit them makes me hesitant to even start y’know.

@decryption From what I gather passkeys just aren’t portable at all. Can’t move them between any systems unless something’s changed recently.

i wonder if the image quality on mastodon is good enough so that people could determine which image came out of my iphone 13 pro vs my sony a6000
