We reach truly local people and exclusively cover local topics. We have a loyal and diverse readership.

Our funding mainly comes from membership contributions/grants, with a tiny amount coming from sponsorships, services, donations and our shop.

Sponsorships are something we have just launched. Local charities and community groups told us they wanted some form of advertising, so we listened. We're still membership-focused, but newsletter sponsorships will help us keep the website ad-free.
