  1. Having lunch with my parents to celebrate Mother’s Day. Feel so grateful that I am lucky enough to still have them in my life.
  2. Saw three storks in a field.
  3. Feeling good. I feel like taking more walks, doing my mindfulness exercises, my bike rides, it’s all helping in make me feel better. Proud of myself.

  2. Found a dvd of a Jeff Daniels movie and ordered it.
  3. Did my sit meditation and it went well.

  1. Back in contact with my friend who I hadn’t talked to in a few weeks. We’d both missed each other.
  2. Felt a bit better/comfortable at work than I did last week.
  3. Made progress in the difficult case I am working on.

@3goodthings of the last few days:

  1. Went to airbrush class for the first time in weeks. It made me very happy and made me feel good.
  2. Played tennis with my friends for the first time in weeks.
  3. My session with my coach was exactly what I needed after feeling not like myself mentally and physically these last few weeks. As if a switch in my body flipped and I managed to cross some mental barrier.

  2. My bike ride in the sun, hearing the birds sing their song and seeing that bright green color of spring.
  3. I was outside a lot today in the sun. I sat on a bench and just took it all in (the sun, the birds, the sounds and smells) and I felt that it did me so much good.

  1. Had to do something kinda high pressure for the first time at work, with a colleague who is far from my favorite looking over my shoulder, and I managed it and I think I did well. I didn’t feel the nerves that I normally feel especially when she’s looking over my shoulder. Felt like I overcame a hurdle. Plus it also showed me how far I’ve gotten in the last two months.
  2. Pubquiz was fun.
  3. Proud of myself.

My three good things of today are all about my friend.

  1. He makes me laugh
  2. We can talk for hours
  3. He is there for me whenever I need him

I feel blessed to have met him 2 years ago and he’s been a light in my life ever since.

  1. Had a really good week at work which is really good for my confidence because the last few weeks of December my confidence was seriously lacking and it made me feel really bad.
  2. Great episode of The Rest is Football podcast. Laughed a lot.
  3. Texting with my good friend who makes me smile and supports me.
