Okay Fediverse Theads, things are getting spicy with Ghost working on ActivityPub support, so I have a question.

Is there any standard for decentralized identity or for linking/associating ActivityPub actors together? Having actors being so flexible is cool, but I think having, for example, a strong link between @williecubed and @williecubed to verify that these belong to the same actual person would be useful.
