From my limited understanding they're all based on activitypub, so the way we interact and generate content is the same. The difference is the UI and implementation of features outside of activitypub
There is some kind of webapp for Android. Not on the Google play store, I was prompted to download while browsing kbin on mobile. It works well enough for now, pretty much the same as browsing on a mobile browser except it's only kbin
Make no mistake if the fediverse keeps gaining traction there will still be gamification so long as there are points associated with posts. Even more so since profiles are generally less anonymous than reddit.
