Just a post to say Congratulations to myself for making some quality life changes and taking care of my mental health for over 1 year, now.

What's working?

  • Taking my meds

  • Seeing my therapist regularly

  • Drinking less alcohol

  • Making my mental health a priority

I just wanted to share this because maybe it'll give someone else out there some hope.

I was diagnosed at 34. It was pretty much an entire year of a mixture of relief and disappointment that it took so long to get the care I needed to help me manage the symptoms. Glad you have your answer, finally! Now have fun getting yourself educated AF about it. You got this!

Today’s tax: one carton of milk. I put it away without the cap, found the cap later, didn’t question WHY there was a random cap laying around, and threw it out.

Hours later…
Wifey: why is there a milk in the fridge with no cap?
Me: oh 💩
