Paypal was built on the idea of a system that was without regulations that were tough. Paypal in the UK operated out of Ireland up until recently out of FCA control knowing full well they were committing fraud on a grand scale with things like "We're closing your account and if you want your money back get in contact with us in 180days time" which was the email people used to get when the system didnt like you for any reason.
I've been playing it. The Depth of Field was really broken and my main issue. Theres alot of issues both in performance and bugs in the game like the crops and mining areas not setting properly which you have to relocate to the same place in order to fix. Been getting anything from 20 to 60fps on 4k High but I have a 3090 so id expect it to be more based on the gfx. What I'll also say is it doesnt seem to have the same soul as the first one nor any of the simcity's
To be fair with CS1 and mods like 81 tiles when you got a population of 100,000 the fps would tank and go around 20fps regardless of system spec or game settings. CS1 was responsible for me getting 64GB ram on the newer system i built at the time. I fully expect it again on CS2 but I come from a time where Crysis ran at 15fps and was great on my 7800GTX
Im not bothered about adverting your products as long as its not just advertising in every single post and theres a human element to the social posting Rule 5,6 of Cupoftea.social (my instance) "No accounts setup purely to sell something / Fake Engagement (Such As Investments/NFT/Cryptos/Wealth stuff) There has to be a human element in your posting. ""No spam , Excessive promotion , Porn or S**t Posting, Its just not for this server " Mastodon.social is full of crap and its user numbers are mostly from spam bots and porn.
2 Things there. I was mainly talking about the kbin.social template magazines like tech or opensource but also
The other problem is that reports from kbin are not getting to other instances AFAIK so we must self moderate other instances that appear on here
I do the same for my mastodon instance. I see a user doing something against the rules via another instance their federated profile is limited or suspended from my own instance
Yea im glad i havent preordered it despite having over 1000 hours in CS1.
Paradox and Unity are a match made in hell between this and the performance issues there are.
Almost a year since I started Cupoftea.social on Mastodon and left twitter and things have been going well and sign up waves every time Musk does something
