When you turn on Federation status, you are able to see posts from every other instance. When you turn it off, you only see posts from kbin and other closely federated instances.

Your sub is searchable through https://kbin.social/magazines . It probably took a second for the database to update.

When you like something, you will also favorite it. You can view your favorites through the hamburger icon on the top right next to your username.

For the top bar, the bar will show random magazines when you refresh the page. The feature to customize the bar will come soon.

There currently isn't a way to add images to the sidebar. You can add emojis to the side bar, but that's about it.

Also there isn't a way to delete magazines. You can just create a new magazine and redirect people to the new magazine.

You can suggest features here. The owners will add new features later when the site is finalized.
