Putting together my first kit, and all similar beginner tip/trick Reddit threads are dead to me 😤 So I'd love to get one going here! Any tips/tricks you have to help out??
Older instructions might not mention it, but best practice for cutting is to cut a couple millimeters away from the part to remove it from the runner, then go back and cut off the leftover nubs. This allows for cleaner cuts since you don’t have to try to fit your nippers around the inside of the runner searching for the best angle.
My office uses non-commercial keeper accounts (less than 10 of us) so i’m stuck with it on work devices, but I use 1Password personally and there is 0% chance I would switch over to keeper even if someone else paid for it.
Everybody's favorite doomer giant robots, with top tier plastic versions that look oh so pretty up on a shelf!
Build what seems fun my guy, and don't feel too obligated to watch one show over another (although I might recommend watching whatever you choose in order of publication..)
I haven’t used a topcoat on any of my kits yet, so before I take everything off the shelf to pretty them up, should I be masking clear parts and/or avoiding clear kits entirely? Are there any other best-practices I should be aware of with topcoats?...
I’ve been lightly eyeing it for a few months now since Nintendo 64 and Gameboy Advance games are available through the expansion, but wanted to see if people here have the expansion and like it.
The day they add gamecube games is the day i’m sold, but the GBA library is still small and I personally don’t have any nostalgia for the N64, so it’s not currently worth the cost for me to upgrade from my base family plan
We recently got a switch and love it! I've been sent back to my childhood and get to enjoy playing with my kids now. We've been playing the following. Looking to see what else might be out there too....
I bought my switch in 2018 specifically for splatoon which i’d wanted since it was on the WiiU and was finally free of it, but I played through Hollow Knight on the switch shortly after and it still holds a special place in my heart after all this time
Looking into getting my first mechanical keyboard and want to dip my toes in the pool. Just wanted your guys perspective. I might swap the switches for some gaterons since they are hotswappable.
I'm currently running a campaign using Death in Space and a player in a homebrewed 5e campaign. Following the end of DiS, my players seem to be interested in Break!! so I'm looking forward to reading through the book once the full draft version is available, I just wish there were enough of us gunning for Salvage Union to get a proper post-apocalyptic mecha road trip in gear.

What do you all use for password management?
I'm using KeePass currently, since I don't really want to use anything publicly hosted. But I was curious to see what other people have been using!
OC Daily Driver that I can't read.
Why did no one tell me Gundam was so good? (possumpat.io)
