Using a ultrawide monitor has been a game changer for me. I use a 70-30% horizontal split via FancyZones, with the largest part used for main activities and the smallest for chat/videocalls/terminal/calendar etc.
This works great for my workflo and if I need the full screen for some specific program (looking at you, PyCharm) I just need one click.
