I've been wanting to check out Mastodon and a good app helps me be more engaged. My issue is that there are lots of interesting apps so I don't which one to pick! Which one do you like and why?...
It's a shame that when we actually started getting some good battles between teams, we had a rule change an ended with a different team dominating... even more than the previous one.
It's pretty crazy that "Reddit refused to define the term “accessibility-focused app”. How are they going to determine which apps have free API access without this definition!?
I used to go as far as possible every time i ran, it wasn't until I started reading more about running that I started to slow things down. I started enjoying it more and had the motivation to several times a week, instead of just once.
Does anyone here have experience comparing the times of the Garmin race predictor for different events? I know that usually it slightly overestimates me or that I haven't been able to run the time yet, but I'm curious how the estimations compare for different distances....
I feel that they slightly overestimate for me. Although, I'm never quite sure if the prediction is for perfect conditions on a flat route.
Another thing to keep in mind is that watches uses track further distance then the actual course. My fastest official (parkrun) 5k time is around 22:10. Garmin logged the 5k time as 21:xx as it had tracked around 5.1km. This was closer to my Garmin prediction of 21:45
