I wrote an article about the 3 games and just how good they are. Imo, they're extremely underrated. I really wanna play more games similar to it but I can't find much in the way of isometric collectathons(?) at all. Looking for any suggestions. Apologies if this isn't the right spot. GBA is retro right?...
So I have a collection of cartridges from US, Europe, and Japan. I've extracted ROMs from all of them I can so far and I'm trying to come up with a collection folder I can backup that can be dropped into an emulator frontend (e.g. Emulation Station) with correct information....
UPDATE: after discussion with the Daijishou team, they have updated the list of Players to include 3ds - org.citra.emu - storage access antutu. This Player works out of the box with Citra MMJ StorageAccess_Antutu and renders the following process unnecessary. Just update the 3DS Platform and the new Player will be available....
Just a thread for anyone else out there who prefers the layout of a 6-button controller to the more dominant ABXY layout. What I wouldn't give for a dual stick, dual trigger gamepad that also had six face buttons.
I mostly want to play consoles that I know garlic will run, minus the DS. Only DS games I want to run are Pokemon, so the lack of inputs isn't an issue....

I was extremely late to the party with Tony Hawk's Pro Skater, never having played any of them until 2016 or so. Having long missed the zeitgeist, I figured it would be one of those instances where the games were massive in their time but are simplistic or clunky to play now. But man, was I wrong....
I still have in my mind burned the scene from resident evil 1 where you meet a zombie for the first time, and that zombie slowly turns around and looks at you!
