I took a look around the website and app briefly to see how much they have devolved, and it has gotten worse. The app is laggy and bloated, basically unusable.

well their third party app nonsense is why i’m here on Lemmy so It looks like I’m not the only one done with that site. Its a travesty what they’re doing to it.

It actually doesn’t. It doesn’t make the site more likable either. But the redesign is very professionally made. Nice wrap for an ugly site.

Not seeing the hitler stache but I saw someone earlier mention the new snoo had a 5 o'clock shadow, and I can't stop seeing that now either.

NGL I really don’t like the new mascot logo as it appears on icons/cta’s on the site, it’s unsettling.
