Russerne har brugt barrieretropper i Ukraine, men hvis det er i det omfang, som denne kanal ønsker at få det til at lyde som, er det nok lidt af en overdrivelse.

Når jeg ser på emnerne i videoerne, kan jeg ikke lade være med at føle, at dette er en kanal, der er designet til at forme den offentlige mening mod Rusland. Ikke at de behøver at gøre det for at få mig til at hade Rusland, men det er nok for dem, der stadig er i tvivl om Rusland.

Russians are using MT-LB's stuffed with explosives as VBIED's to attack Ukrainian positions. This one hit a mine. Earlier, Russians did the same with T-55 tanks.

Jeg er enig. Henrik har allerede påpeget, at det er en K-51, som er en tåregasgranat. Tåregas blev forbudt i Genève-protokollen fra 1925. Men som vi alle ved, er Genève-konventionerne bare en tjekliste for russerne.

Ok. Now I'm utterly confused. 1minute after crossing the Danish border my 3G connection is faster than all the German 4G and quite a lot of the German 5G signal when on the web.

Is my provider deliberately slowing things down in our neighbour to the south?

You can never get too much speed. I remember enjoying my 300/300 modem back in the 1980s. No one today would consider asking their provider for a 0.3 kbps connection. 😃 When 56k modems came around... Wow... that felt like greased lighting. Nowadays, that's extremely slow. 🙃

Did you already read Mearsheimer's new piece? What is your take on it?

IMO he underestimates russia's internal struggles (mutiny, purging of Generals, economic decline). And overestimates russian military capability (basically assumes that russia will get also Dnipropetrovsk, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, and Odessa at some point in the near future...).

I kind of feel I wasted my time reading this.

It seems Mearsheimer has an agenda for one or another reason. He smooths over details, leaves out important parts of the war and bends things to fit his narrative.

I'm just halfway through the article, but maybe he proves me wrong in the latter half of his rambling.

Fully agree.

He takes statements from Russian generals as truthful. He writes that the Russians are using clever tactics to spare Russian soldiers' lives. It's like reading Russian Pravda.

And he goes on and on that the Russians have a numerical advantage in everything. It's not based on reality. The artillery advantage the Russians has enjoyed is slowly eroding. Yes, they have more artillery pieces in storage... but do they have enough ammo to feed them?

No, I haven't seen that one. I started to watch Anders' videos sometime last year, so the content has mainly been about the situation in Ukraine and related topics. I'll have to dive into the video archive and start watching the older videos. 🙂
