If you are surprised, the International Criminal Court is issuing arrest warrents against Israeli top officials today, I explained why this would happen in my recent video:

I certainly have had enough of some people claiming that we must cower to Putin, because he has nuclear weapons. And I am glad to see, I am not alone.

In a debate show on Danish national tv, foreign editor of Danish newspaper Weekendavisen, Anna Libak replied to yet another “But Putin’s has nuclear weapons!” by saying, “If Hitler had nuclear weapons, would we have given him France?”

Bingo! Of course we would not. And neither should Putin have Ukraine.

My was a hike through the Hills of Vork in the Vejle River Valley. The light was perfect, everything was in bloom — in Danish we call this “postcard weather”.

I am grateful for living on the east coast of Jutland, where the glaciers of the ice age carved these beautiful hills.

If you ever visit Denmark, forget about Copenhagen, because outside the big city is where mother nature makes her paintings.

While some Russian soldiers are complaining they do not have military boots, YouTuber Jake Broe collects USD 1.1 million and buys 30 trucks and 372 drones for the Ukrainians.

Excellent episode from Jake Broe with a video greeting from the truck workshop in Estonia, where they renovate used trucks and add radar jammers.

@stevesilberman Bill Maher's interview with Elon Musk was his career suicide.

Elon had just cemented his douchebaginess by destroying Twitter, and Maher was acting like a schoolboy meeting his hero, hoping for an autograph.

Danish has so many borrowed words from English, German and French, it sometimes gets confusing.

If you saw the word "teeen" with three E's, you might think it had something to do with teenagers, but no.

Wherever English puts "the" in front of a word, Danish augments the word with "en". This is why "teeen" in Danish is actually the English word "tee" (like a golf tee) followed by "en".

So "teeen" means "the tee", and "basketballen" means "the basketball", and "ketcheren" means "the ketcher".

As promised, President of Georgia Salome Zourabichvili today vetoed the Russian law, which the ruling Georgian Dream party has been trying to push through parliament.

The law would create a new mechanism for suppressing media and NGO’s as “foreign agents” — something which the EU has described as incompatible with European values.

Salome VS Putin: 1-0

Update: Unfortunately, parliament can override the veto with a second vote, writes BBC:

Putin is trying to influence politics all over Europe, but he picked the wrong country this time.

In Germany, the parliament has revoked the immunity of parliament member Bystron of the right wing extremist party AfD.

The Munich District Attorney has initiated an investigation, and 70 police officers from the Bavarian State Police have raided his home and offices as well as a location in Mallorca.

While every journalist is trying to figure out why Russia would open a new Kharkiv offensive, @anderspuck has a solid, qualified answer to what is going on:

7 kilometers in 7 days — that’s the distance you walk in an hour, only it took a week for the Russians to get that far into Kharkiv Oblast.

From analysis I have read this week, Russia has lost more than 7,000 soldiers to take strips of forrest, and small settlements.

The invaders have now reached the first of two Ukrainian defensive lines which run east to west, and with the relatively few soldiers and limited armored resources they have committed, they will likely not get much further.

@ivory If I may provide some input for your awesome app:

The information I am missing most from the profile view is the profile creation date. This field is essential for me when evaluating whether a new follower is a legitimate person, or one of those newly created profiles which Russia uses to influence the opinion.

If the profile is less than a week old, that becomes part of my evaluation of the profile’s legitimace. On the other hand, three year old profiles are almost never spammers.

@shellsharks thank you for informing me. In that case, I think it is safe to say, we have identified a usability issue. @ivory
