I bought The Green Roasting Tin recently, and have tried a few recipes from it mainly to save time in cooking more complex foods, but still have plenty of veggies etc.

So far, I'm impressed!

This is an interesting example of green nudging. The word "Vegan" does indeed carry a lot of baggage that some people shy away from. If you label the same “Vegan” product as “Plant Based”, there is often less resistance.

I loved the food from this place yesterday. Maybe they will open one in my home town... if not, I will need to move closer to one! 😅

The Vegan options were so good. Also, a full list of allergens were easily available on the ordering screens.

I'm trying to trim down my YouTube subscriptions, and the very least clicks it takes is three.

I wish there was a checkbox option that I could just tick the ones I want, then hit one unsubscribe button. This is ridiculous!

Back from the UK Games Expo!

We were there mostly for Pokémon Twilight Masquerade stuff, but I bought a few things too including a Gundam SD kit, and a Pusheen stacking game lol

Just back from a nature reserve. Started off as lovely weather before intermittent rain set in… got to see a few interesting birds (all the ones on my fave list). I find this type of project incredibly rewarding to work on, as they do have potential to encourage us to make better, more sustainable choices.
