If you can smell perfume on your clean and dried clothes, are they actually clean? Unlikely.
Detergent/soap should wash away dirt, stains, and smells, including perfumes.
This is just an industry disguising the fact that clothes are not getting thoroughly clean. And masking the toxic chemicals in their formulas. Plus convincing you to buy more laundry additives.
"Ocean Breeze"? Do you actually know what that smells like? Salt and seaweed and sometimes fish. Not lavender/patchouli/bubblegum mixture. Clean textiles do not have a smell, same for all surfaces. Lemon is a cake flavor, not what your counter tops should smell like.
Also, Optical Brighteners (goes by many names), are a dye that stay on your clothing, eventually preventing your clothes from getting clean, is a skin irritant, and most of them do not wash out. It's a fake "white" to fool you into believing it's "clean and white/bright".
When clothes are actually clean, they actually smell nice. Cotton is a very fresh smell. Synthetics should have zero smell.
Anything you wash in an unscented detergent that still has a smell needs a laundry booster like Borax, Washing Soda or even Baking Soda to help that detergent get rid of any smells, and rinse completely out.
And an FYI, cold water does not properly clean clothes. Use warm or hot.

Not for a dumb tv but I own a newer Vizio. I actually use it as a huge desktop monitor through HDMI. The actual tv itself has never been connected to the internet. You could connect a streaming stick (roku, amazon, google) if you wanted to. I stream everything from the net. Vizio has a horrible "free" streaming tv service that tracks you. But you can still use the actual tv in other ways if you don't connect it to the net. It will act as a dumb tv.
Until we have a federal privacy law that allows us to opt out of being tracked on every device, you have to "work around" the problems.
