Doctors Without Borders forced to close primary care centre in Al Mawasi due to Israel’s offensive in .

We had treated over 33,000 patients at the health centre since February.

This is the second health facility we have been forced to close this week.

Trudeau has let all the Premiers run roughshod over the Health Canada act and just approved Ford’s plan to run an unnecessary highway (as studies have shown, it is a make work project) and #climate disaster through ecogically sensitive farmland after buying a pipeline that went 30x over budget for his oil buddies. Then Prime Minister mcDreamy got on board with a genocide. Launch 🚀 him into the sun.

I see there is some mixed feeling about the #AllEyesonRafah campaign and you know what? Whatever puts all eyes on Palestine whether it be an AI image or a horrific video of burning tents, Palestinians need as many people as possible with eyes on. And people policing other people’s advocacy don’t speak for Palestinians who have asked us to keep the conversation alive.

I real LOVE the fact Mastodon and most of the Fediverse software avoids this all together

There in lies the problem, they do not disclose these “values” prior to sign up for their servers and then censor at will. It is exactly like a manual algorithm.
