I had to replace all the clothes pins on my clothes hanger thingie. After a few years exposed to the elements and the sun’s UV rays, the plastic becomes brittler than the ego of a conservative commentator watching the Barbie movie 😮💨

Impatient person here: I yank on the clothes to get them off the pegs sometimes and they do not last long that way.
tl;dr — if you’re exempt, they put a stamp on the back of your new license indicating as much. Otherwise, you have to display the newbie/beginner’s mark (初心者(しょしんしゃ)マーク) for the first year....
