Three #Germany citizens were arrested on suspicion of having worked as foreign agents for #China Ministry of State Security with goal of forming research partnerships with German universities and collect information useful from military and economic point of view.
This seems to be the modus operandi of china. They have already done this successfully in sweden, so I am not surprised they use the same tactics in other more or less naive EU countries.
Note that chinas current tech-industry is entirely based on IP-theft and IP-gifts from the west.
