Please do not imply that this is common among the ultra-Orthodox.
There are two sects of Haredi Jews who are anti-Zionist. The vast majority of Orthodox Jews have been co-opted -- even those who were anti-Zionist before 1948.
I am tired of people trying to whitewash the Israelis' indifference to the Palestinian genocide.
Name the groups. They are either Neturei Karta or Satmar.
Merely calling them "Israeli ultra-Orthodox Jews" is misleading.
@jinnijoon It's not just misleading, but completely wrong. #NetureiKarta (which is the sect shown here) doesn't identify themselves as Israeli. In literally the first photo of their post the group puts the "Israel" in "scary quotes".
But what can you say about #tokenists who see both Palestinians and Jews as pawns. The same virtue signallers who chastise the right-wing for not differentiating Israelis from Jews but ends up doing the same anyway. :seija_coffee:

It does look inspiring on the face of it but Neturei Karta's protest is perennial and not to do (but tangentially) with the current assault unfolding in Ghaza.
The Edah HaChareidis (Meah Shearim) is the only Council of Sages in the Jewish world whose authority commands universal respect from Torah Jews. They are the actual Old Yishuv. To act like they are fringe in the frum world is a baldfaced lie; beyond Lubavitchers and Dati Leumi, who are disowned by 90% of Torah Jews, their claims to the legacy of the Perushim and the Arizal's school in Safed are beyond any doubt.
