Well it didn’t end the way I had hoped but I can honestly say this was the best season of #TheAmazingRace in many many years. Great countries, great challenges, old school book-it-yourself travel and great teams. Completely enjoyed it. Looking forward to S36(!!!) ✈️🇸🇮🇸🇪🏰
I’m so excited S36 (!!!) of #TheAmazingRace has started. I live for this show, I love it so much. This season looks to be super fun and once again no non-elimination rounds. “The world is waiting for you, travel safe… GO!” #PhilBrow
@shayman Yeah the stick shift thing always gets me. And the fear of heights too. Then again producers probably cast teams that have difficulty to make for better TV. If they were all good at everything the show would be super boring.
@gedeonm I wonder if that's like folk not able to tie laces because they grew up with velcro or have trouble with dial clocks because they've always had digital. Maybe they are just used to GPS?
I’ve watched every episode in each of the 36 seasons of #TheAmazingRace but this week’s ep revealed something logistically new that’s never happened before. That’s just crazy cool. I love this show!
@gedeonm curious to hear what you think of this season, with a race “around the world” that only went to South America and gave a MASSIVE advantage to the teams who spoke Spanish.
@idbjorh Yep, I was very dissapointed in that part. I kept waiting for them to go to another part of the world and that never happened. The Spanish-speaking teams definitely had an advantage which seemed really unfair and led to a one-sided anti-climactic finish. The previous season was head and shoulders above this one, but I still enjoyed it.
@pauls It streams on Paramount+ and is just plain fun. My favorite reality/competition show of all time. Last season’s teams were so good. Jury’s still out on this season’s I think.
