Part 1 of 2 (aural feedback):

How do y’all feel about aural feedback in digital interfaces? Meaning blips and whatnot to confirm interactions.

Note that no sound should ever be the only method of feedback, from an accessibility perspective. I’m referring to supplemental sounds.

@markwyner The original macos had a few very subtle ones that improved the feel of the OS. And they were easily changeable and easy to remove.

@bartvdpoel do you mean very early? Like back on the Classics, etc.? Back then you could even customize them with new libraries of sounds. Like Star Wars and stuff. That was fun.
