Today, I'm sharing a project that got stalled and I hope to come back to it eventually.
This one is created with code, inspired by Chemistry and Physics. I create my particles and let them 'bounce around'. As they collide, they 'draw' traces, and so the image slowly develops. In this piece, I'm constricting the spaces the particles can play in to rectangles that look like they could be a quilt.
@KatyKnits I was working on a chemistry simulation for students. The goal was to create an animation of how atoms bounce around and only form bonds (and molecules) when they can.
I was debugging my code, visually, and was adding extra graphics when the atoms collided.
I liked how the debugging looked, so I save it to play with after I'd finished the work.
