I've been on and off keto for years now and have found it to be the most effective and easiest to stick to.

Breakfast is my most important meal and eggs my primary food. Some quality almonds, parmesan crisps and protein bars make for excellent snacks.

Exercise and plenty of water also help a lot (with lemon and pinch of salt).
