@jwildeboer While I do prefer #LaTeX Beamer, it's nice to know something like this exists. Probably a good suggestion for students who don't want to face the LaTeX learning curve.
@tschenkel@jwildeboer Thanks for the pointer, I'll check it out. Yes, the accessibility package in LaTeX is utterly broken, and Canvas does scream at me for my Beamer slides.
It's basic and a bit rough around the edges, but it does the job for me when I need to hammer out a bunch of slides in a simple way. If you think you need transitions, animations and other things, this tool won't make you happy, but that's by design.
To me the biggest advantage is that I can fold the slides in VS Codium (or any other markdown editor) and work outline style, making adding/moving slides simple and intuitive.
