illiliti,

has withdrew its position on matter. They have admitted their mistake and also made amends by retracting all false advertising. The case is closed.

@illiliti congratulations!

illiliti,

@slink it was tough to turn codecov to the side of light, but we made it!

@illiliti i'd like to also add that the statement they released sounds absolutely reasonable to me. as someone who makes a living from , i share a lot of sentiments in there. so also kudos to them for their good reaction. we all make mistakes. almost all the time.

illiliti,

@slink That statement may sound good and relatable, but the problem is that it does not mention any further action. They only admitted their lies, but no word about actions that supposed to remove all false advertising. Fortunately it does not matter anymore.

@illiliti only vague business talk: "We are committed to improving the conversation around this topic"
i don't want to defend someone i do not know, but also i don't want to be too harsh with them, as long as far bigger fish are far more disingenious. (edit: last word, mistake by a non native speaker)
