@thomasrost I agree with all your points but it’s still easier and simpler than nearly anything else out there and the integration is so good that it’s worth it. One idea for folks who need to identify messages easier can turn on this feature to help identify messages in the unified mailbox: https://support.apple.com/guide/iphone/change-email-settings-iph80dabb18b/ios. Or you can enable rules to mark messages in certain colors (a feature that will unfortunately not work in iOS).
