... and that's one of the biggest mistakes an organization can do when migrating. Don't just migrate the software, migrate the people working with it.

I agree. Just note that we do not migrate. We just pilot some use cases with some users.

You throw people into cold water for piloting. Don't be surprised if they don't find it cosy, i.e. "send an email [...] (best case) or switch back to Microsoft Office".

@erAck So do you recommend to have better no pilot then? By the way, I was looking for some tutorials that universities would offer students or webinars - in English language. I am grateful for any pointers in that regard.

Unfortunately, my early days with Writer are long gone so I can't comment on discoverability here.

Developing WYSIWYG is hard to very hard. Writer has served me reasonable well so far. I don't like to use MS products for political reasons and mostly not for UX reasons.
