@soheb@Louby3107 agreed 100% with Soheb, the diet is bloody hard we've all gone off it at one point or another, the more we can be open about it the more we can be relastic to the next generation so they know what to expect!! All is welcome here, on diet, off diet, somewhere in the middle, we're all on our own individual pku journeys 🖖
