@fkamiah17@whitequark One of the small kindnesses of my lifetime that I have always been most grateful for was the time in early transition that after a very hard day, in a state of such advanced gender failure that I don't think anyone could get any useful information from my presentation, I stumbled into the diner in Oakland owned by the bassist from greenday (yes that's a thing) and the waiter walked up and without missing a beat said "What'll you have, boss?"
