Busy last few days to get the house ready for a garden party, then a day of rest to recover. Went back and looked at the activity tracker. Boy, or now as an undeniably middle aged guy, I was getting a much higher heart rate than I would have expected. Guess I did more stairs with weight than I realized. Can’t wait until I can get back to jogging to see if I can rebuild my cardio capacity of a couple years ago.
