Picked up my father to take him to my house to stay for a while. As we’re driving we’re listening to a lecture on the letters of Paul, as is our tradition.
Me: Do you have any preference on dinner?
My father: Nothing sacrificed to idols.
(He had trouble getting the words out but I got what he was trying to say.)
