Just tried a new version of timezone lookup from referring IP, this version is supposed to include the correct "wall clock" offset: https://ip2tz.isthe.link/v2

@rem Well that was interesting. Yes, it works - I vpn'd out to a few places too and the time seemed ok. The odd thing was vpn through Iceland stopped me from opening Google Maps - was looking up the longitude and latitude. Does Iceland not allow Google Maps?
