My only complaint about my #AppleWatch and Apple’s #activity tracking is actually on this type of #workout: not enough flexibility to customize. So you can’t toggle GPS on/off for an interval workout, for example, or create a workout for yourself. But minor quibbles in the scheme of things…
@The_KamikaZEN Yes, that would be inefficient (and kill the battery). But I would like an option for, say, an interval workout w/GPS alongside the one w/o GPS. There's also an "other" workout that I sometimes use (if I'm spending 2 hrs gardening) which could count steps in addition to calories...
@The_KamikaZEN Exactly! My workout today was just run/walk intervals, but sometimes I'll do run/walk/stairsteps etc., and so it would be nicer to have more data than just heart rate and calories...
