Been on the treadmill doing intervals but couldn’t manage the whole 30 minutes. Now I’m going out for a 20 min power walk in the dawn light #running#fitness
@sticklandtim I put off the walk until Tom can come with me, I try to get him to come out as much as possible as it’s literally the only exercise he gets
