I went out and managed to Peloton 30 min walk and run, the walks seemed really long but then in the second half the pace of the run intervals really shot up. I managed it but I’ve just got in and I’m panting hard. The trail was super muddy and slippery. Glad I did it though! #running
@WTL I really want to be able to build back up to running 5k, I know that walking/running intervals is a great way to regain fitness but I’m so impatient!

It was good. I finally got a call back from a job I applied at 3 weeks ago. And they hired me. Well my husband got the call & relayed the message to me. Finally some good news.
