Awake early for a change bc I am in so much pain that I could chew thru my own intestines, but I can't bend that far. I just took OTC pain meds, but this is ridiculous. I can't be on pain meds 24/7, I might as well just give up and put a bullet thru my brain (also not an option, the sight of blood makes me puke).
There must be SOMEthing people do to distract themselves? What? Pick fights with the cat? (Not recommended, he has WAY more pointy fings). UGH.
I went out and managed to Peloton 30 min walk and run, the walks seemed really long but then in the second half the pace of the run intervals really shot up. I managed it but I’ve just got in and I’m panting hard. The trail was super muddy and slippery. Glad I did it though! #running

It was good. I finally got a call back from a job I applied at 3 weeks ago. And they hired me. Well my husband got the call & relayed the message to me. Finally some good news.
Update on job news: I actually got a call from the Masonic Temple in Detroit. I put my application in there about 3 weeks ago. They called & said I got the job. Yay!!

So I did 4k run/walk/run in the sunshine, being before 7am on a Sunday town was super quiet, which was lovely. Hard to believe with these blue skies, but rain is supposed to be here within the next three hours. After running outdoors I actually feel mentally/emotionally good for the first time in two weeks #running
