Along with Battlestar Galactica, Farscape and Stargate SG-1 ushered today’s SYFY channel through an especially creative (and ardently praised) period of deep-space sci-fi exploration from the late 1990s through the early 2000s.
I miss Sci-Fi Fridays in 2005/2006 (Stargate SG-1,Stargate Atlantis, and Battlestar Galactica) . It was a fun time and I was still in my 20s :). I also miss Farscape, having all kinds of feelings during the final episode and then more feelings during the movie.
There has been some great sci-fi even since. I adore Warehouse 13 and I’m about to finally watch Eureka. And I am so eager for anything new for Babylon 5 (The Road Home was pretty good!).
