While I wait for the paint to dry on the #Enterprise G, I’ll be continuing work on number 8 on the list of “models I started last year and really need to finish”. The #Battlestar#Pegasus. I used paint masks to add some panels in a lighter shade, painted the larger recessed areas Gunmetal and painted the red stripes at the front. Still got some details to paint (might take a while). #BattlestarGalactica#BSG#4105Scale#ScaleModels#ModelBuilder#MKMModelwerx
From Riddick to Battlestar Galactica to Star Wars, Katee Sackhoff always looks like she is having a great time so I can't say for certain but I feel she is having an extra blast during the scene in Another Life where she plays the perfect housewife
It’s taken 30 years, but I will finally admit that the special effects in #Babylon5 look dated.
Compared to CGI on television today.
They still smoke anything I’ve seen on television from the 90s, and maybe even the 2000s. (The SFX on #BSG looked good, but they didn’t really do a lot with them. B5 really pushed their use of their CGI, especially for the era.)
@nocontexttrek Seven of Nine & Caprica Six 😍 , both "numbered", the most beautiful, feminine and interesting characters from all times seen in SciFi movies ... And I am sure of this, considering that I have seen thousands of films in my life !

I watched #StarTrek TNG, DS9 and VOY series I think 3 times completely, I forgot :). ENT only once, TOS never, they didn't catch me because of the old special effects!
For me, the most watched sci-fi series is #bsg Battlestar Galactica (2004), now I'm watching all the seasons for the 4th time.It simply fascinates me!
Halfway through the pristine miniseries that precedes the most incisive show about post-9/11 America you realize this is your Battlestar Galactica now. Not the bubblegum, brightly lit ’70s classic, but this, the gritty, claustrophobic, white-knuckle reboot that looks nothing like the original boot....
By a spectacular coincidence, 19 years ago today, not only was the Battlestar Galactica show starting (excluding the 2003 miniseries), but Farscape was bidding farewell with the second part of The Peacekeeper Wars miniseries.

Along with Battlestar Galactica, Farscape and Stargate SG-1 ushered today’s SYFY channel through an especially creative (and ardently praised) period of deep-space sci-fi exploration from the late 1990s through the early 2000s.
So this just happened. I was watching a Battlestar Galactica reaction video on Youtube, and there's this scene where Leoben (a Cylon) tells Starbuck "Do you realize I could kill you before they came back in the room..." and my WATCH heard that, and responded with (roughly) "Here are some capsules that could help you with that." !!!! WTF Samsung ?! #ScaryAI is a fan of BSG's Cylons.
