MxRemy,

The Scinguistics discord, hands down best resource imo.

TransVoiceLessons is probably the number one resource on YouTube for voice training.

Maybe I’m just too impatient but I struggled a lot getting much benefit out of TransVoiceLessons

Zhea is clearly exceptionally talented and has a near unique understanding of voice, but like 90% of the videos on that channel are pure theory. Things like “hearing vocal resonance”, “the difference between weight and resonance”, “exercises are BAD”, motivation tips, Q&As, and road maps.

I’m left feeling “What do I actually DO???”

zea_64,

Make the sounds (using the exercises) and figure out how you’re doing that. The how is where theory is useful.

Kayday,

I had a similar experience. I’ve had a lot of success following this guide here.

I love this, specially with the matching audio recordings and clear explanations of what we’re aiming for. Thank you so much! ❤️

Kayday,

You’re welcome! I was never musical, but have experience with fitness so this clicked for me with how the focus is on developing muscle memory/strength rather than on how something sounds.
