If you tell me you need something by mid next week and I confirmed I will meet that timeline, don’t follow up at the beginning of the week because you haven’t received anything yet. #frustrating
When you make the first available appointment that fits around your teaching life and you get a text changing the time with no explanation... then you ring to say that new time doesn't work and now we are waiting until 31.10.23... more than a month away 🫨
