I’m not sure these glasses work as well with my face, and the prescription is taking some time to adjust to, but I have 30 days to decide before I’m stuck with them. 🤷🏻♂️

I’m looking forward to spending time with friends this weekend. I hope my social batteries are charged enough to manage successfully.
I’ve needed to “reset” on a couple levels: Physically, I’ve trimmed back the facial hair to stubble, and we’ll see where things grow from here for #ScruffWatch.
Mentally, I’m trying to focus on my successes with building authentic connections, and not let the failures derail me. Why put energy where it’s not wanted, when I can put it toward the people who want to be in my life, right?

Hi! That Pride parade was certainly something. Very corporate, yes, but still wonderful to see the show of (drunken) solidarity from the (very very large) crowds. 😊 🌈
