She was very confused and asked, "Deliver what?" "The 10 goats and 100 chickens I bartered to have the surgery" I said. She puts me on hold for 2 minutes, then came back laughing when the surgeon told her I was a goat farmer with a sense of humor! Gave her my AmEx number and left her with a smile 😁
