Tell Congress to honor Dr. King by passing voting rights legislation
Our democracy isn’t living up to Dr. King’s legacy. In the past year, courts weakened the Voting Rights Act, at least 14 state legislatures passed blatant voter suppression laws, and far-right lawmakers in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina pushed discriminatory electoral maps.
I urged Congress to pass strong voting rights legislation and I hope you will, too:
"Our volunteers are trained in their states’ unique voting rules. In just a single shift, each Election Protection volunteer may help dozens of voters."
